We want you to be completely satisfied with your biOrb purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your new aquatic or terrarium setup doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the item back in its original biOrb packaging, ensuring all acrylic surfaces are protected to prevent scratching during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
